Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology, with 6+ years in a management role.
• Experience managing a heterogeneous infrastructure environment.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24x7x365 compute operations team.
• Manage service availability, reliability and uptime improvements.
• Drive change management, incident and problem management; mentor staff.
