Job summary

Inspire-Tech Pte Ltd is seeking an Deployment Engineer to act as the technical face for enterprise and public-sector customers. You will deploy and test the application in cloud and on-premises environments, advise on infrastructure prerequisites, and troubleshoot from installation to live support.

The role includes on-site deployments, integration with security tools, and ensuring smooth handovers to customers across local and international projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/CS or related field required.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to customer-site deployments, security tools, or scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Responsibilities

• Deploy and test the application in cloud and on-premises environments to ensure smooth implementation.
• Prepare for and execute on-site deployments, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
• Advise customers on infrastructure prerequisites aligned with their architecture goals.
• Troubleshoot dependencies including infrastructure, network, and security during implementation phases.
• Configure integrated solutions such as antivirus and third-party products to optimize system performance.
• Manage customer expectations effectively throughout deployment and support processes.
• Respond to customer issues via support emails and portal, providing timely resolutions.
• Test application releases for local and international customers to maintain quality standards.
• Run SQL queries to analyze usage patterns and assist senior developers in troubleshooting.
