Job summary

Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Technical Service Engineer to deliver reliable IT services and provide hands-on technical support across enterprise environments. You will balance service delivery management with infrastructure engineering to maintain operational excellence and resolve complex technical issues.

You will collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to meet service commitments, maintain system availability, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure or managed IT services.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery for assigned customers and IT environments.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for incidents and service-related issues.
• Prepare regular service reports and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting across infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Identify opportunities to automate operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
