Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to help deploy and operate government-cloud based applications and web portals, ensuring reliability, security and good documentation. You will configure cloud hosting, deploy releases, manage API integrations, monitor health, troubleshoot incidents and perform patching, backups and recovery, with a focus on access controls and IAM practices.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Contract length: 12 months.

Qualifications

Job description

Support the deployment and ongoing operations of digital applications and web portals on approved Government cloud platforms. You will work with developers and stakeholders to keep production services reliable, secure and well documented.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.

• Working knowledge of cloud fundamentals, application deployment/hosting, REST APIs, basic networking, Git, and Windows and/or Linux administration.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Fresh graduates with relevant internships, projects or practical experience are encouraged to apply. Experience with Azure or other approved cloud platforms, monitoring, scripting, IAM or DevSecOps is an advantage.

Contract: 12 months
Salary: 4000-5000
Nearest MRT/work arrangement: Cashew MRT Station (DT2) / Onsite | Monday to Friday: 0800 to 1730hrs
