Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Cloud Engineer in Singapore to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across public and hybrid environments. You will drive migrations, implement IaC, and ensure security, resilience, and performance of critical workloads.

You will collaborate with DevOps and application teams on CI/CD pipelines, monitor SLAs, and maintain documentation. A degree in CS plus hands-on cloud experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with virtualization, hypervisors, and cloud-native services.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of networking concepts including VPC, VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and routing.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions across public and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver cloud migration, deployment, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Provision and maintain cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems.
• Monitor cloud environments and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, backup management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement and manage virtual networks, VPNs, firewalls, and security configurations in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and containerized workloads.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve cloud infrastructure and network-related issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project reports.
