Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to help deploy and operate government-cloud based applications and web portals, ensuring reliability, security and good documentation. You will configure cloud hosting, deploy releases, manage API integrations, monitor health, troubleshoot incidents and perform patching, backups and recovery, with a focus on access controls and IAM practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain cloud hosting, application and platform services.
• Support deployments, releases, version control and API integrations.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents and carry out patching, backups and recovery.
• Apply access controls and security practices, maintain technical documentation, and support knowledge transfer.
