Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join the ICE Data Services Global Delivery Team in Singapore. The role focuses on configuring client product setups and managing a seamless onboarding experience with internal stakeholders across service, sales, product, and IT.

The ideal candidate has strong client service, finance or project management background, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Japanese. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in client service, finance or project management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Outlook, Salesforce, XML and SQL is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluency in English and Japanese; Korean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Communicate expectations and deadlines to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point throughout onboarding process.
• Capture client requirements as needed.
• Ensure product solutions satisfy client needs.
• Coordinate hand-off to client service and provide client demos as needed.
• Maintain accurate client communication records and progress updates.
