Job summary

ICE Data Services is looking for an onboarding specialist to join the Global Delivery Team. You will set up and manage client configurations, coordinating with Client Service, Sales, Product Management and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and fluency in English and Japanese (Korean a plus). Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in client service or project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in client service, finance, or project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce, XML and SQL a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Solid customer service and business judgment.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Analytical skills to review data and draw conclusions.
• Fluent in English and Japanese; Korean language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with clients throughout onboarding.
• Communicate expectations and deadlines to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point during onboarding.
• Capture client requirements as needed.
• Ensure product solutions satisfy client needs.
• Confirm product solutions comply with vendor policies.
• Verify product solutions meet ICE Data Services standards.
• Manage client test/trial process.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate hand-off to client service.
• Provide client demos as needed.
• Maintain accurate client communication records.
• Update internal stakeholders on onboarding progress.
• Communicate enhancement requests as appropriate.
• Escalate issues when onboarding progress is at risk.
• Travel to client sites when necessary.
