Job summary
Goldman Sachs in Singapore is seeking an experienced Associate for Client Onboarding within Global Banking & Markets. You will own end-to-end onboarding for complex institutional clients, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, regulatory controls, and accurate account opening across hedge funds, asset managers, and managed accounts.
You will coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology to deliver a smooth onboarding experience, manage risk, and drive process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Client Onboarding or regulatory operations.
- Experience with KYC/AML and account opening processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for institutional clients in Singapore.
- Ensure regulatory, KYC, AML, and new account opening requirements are met.
- Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology.
- Approve new account openings and support related trading features.
- Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Support AI-enabled innovation to improve workflows and scalability.
- Escalate regulatory or operational issues and drive resolutions.
