Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking an experienced client services and operations professional to lead a team of Assistant Relationship Managers. You will drive consistent practices, oversee training, and coordinate with front office to deliver high-quality service while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to Market Head/Team Heads and manage a team of ARMs.
• Provide trainings, mentorship and guidance to ARMs to ensure competency.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies.
• Ensure timely monitoring and completion of remediation tasks.
• Coordinate and support in front office activities like reporting and administrative matters.
• Calibrate performance and recommendations for promotion.
• Contribute to revenue targets of RM(s) and Marketing Team.
