Job summary

IQVIA in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the operational delivery of complex clinical research studies, including protocol review, study planning, and cross-functional coordination for global teams.

You will lead customer engagements, monitor study progress, manage budgets, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical or research with at least 3 years in PM/PM setup.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer management skills.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience leading large, global Phase I-IV trials preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate study setup activities, including protocol and budget review and leading study-related meetings.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risk logs, issue logs, and action trackers.
• Partner with Study Setup teams to ensure quality database setup and protocol documentation.
• Prepare and present protocol materials at kick-off and touchpoint meetings.
• Lead customer meetings and presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project plans, timelines, deliverables, and study progress throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage study documentation, including sample receipt, testing progress and reporting.
• Conduct meetings to support study execution and customer requirements.
• Manage study scope changes and budgets.
• Monitor study quality and service issues and implement changes.
• Develop and share lessons learned.
