Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to identify and develop partnership opportunities with distributors, EPCs, and industrial clients across international markets.

You will conduct market research, nurture long-term relationships, and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and customised solutions for partners, while monitoring market trends and expanding the global distribution network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging partners.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders across markets and time zones.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, equipment rental companies, EPC contractors and industrial clients across international markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market mapping to identify potential partners and assess business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through email, LinkedIn, telephone calls, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective partners and customers to expand the company's global distribution network.
• Support commercial negotiations, distributor agreements and partnership arrangements in collaboration with management.
• Work with technical and marketing teams to prepare sales presentations, business proposals and customised solutions for potential partners.
• Monitor sales pipelines, partner performance and market trends, and prepare regular business development reports.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions and partner meetings, supporting regional market development and global expansion initiatives.
