Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead in Global Benefits APAC to guide data-driven strategy for multinational clients in healthcare and risk benefits. You will translate complex analytics into executive-ready insights, drive funding strategy options, and partner with insurers and client teams to optimize programmes for cost and risk management.

Leading a team of analysts, you will shape the analytics roadmap, deliver dashboards and reports for senior leaders, and mentor junior

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in employee benefits, health/medical insurance, actuarial consulting or related fields with multinational exposure.
Postgraduate qualification in analytics, health economics, actuarial or quantitative analysis is preferred.
Proven experience with global benefits funding arrangements, including multinational pooling or captive programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior advisor to multinational clients on healthcare and risk benefit strategy, focusing on claims utilization, cost management and value optimization.
Interpret complex data and analytics to develop actionable recommendations for global and regional HR, Finance and Risk stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, workshops and presentations, explaining analytical findings and funding options clearly and commercially.
