Job summary

Aon is seeking a Wellbeing Analyst to design and deliver data-driven wellbeing strategies for clients in the APAC region, with a focus on Singapore. You will run surveys, manage fieldwork, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will work with cross-functional teams to shape wellbeing programs, contribute to analytics products, and prepare client-ready outputs while maintaining strong project governance across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 3–6 years in market research, people analytics, health consulting, or similar insights-focused role.
• Hands-on responsibility for surveys and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven wellbeing strategies for clients.
• Run end-to-end survey projects from setup to analysis and client-ready outputs.
• Analyze workforce health datasets to inform recommendations.
• Create client-ready charts, reports and executive-level presentations.
