Job summary

Aon is hiring for a Global Benefits Head of Advisory Solutions based in Singapore to guide multinational clients through benefits design, cost management and strategy. You will lead a team of consultants, shape advisory offerings, and collaborate with insurers to deliver financially sustainable programs aligned with client risk and people objectives.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, innovation, and regional leadership to expand client relationships and market impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in consulting, broking, health insurance or healthcare analytics.
• Client management / experience presenting solutions to multiple senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience working with data and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to multinational clients on employee benefits design, operations, financing and communications.
• Manage other experienced consultants in delivery of projects across benefits design, M&A, wellbeing, data & analytics, multinational pooling, captives and other areas.
• Act as the primary partner to colleagues and subject matter experts to provide a unified, data-driven value proposition for most complex, multinational clients.
• Define and execute the advisory services roadmap for global benefits clients and broader regional needs.
• Foster innovation by challenging existing methodologies and tools and developing new solutions and data use cases.
