Job summary

Aon Life in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics Lead for Global Benefits APAC. You will provide expert, data-driven guidance on medical claims utilization, cost management and funding strategies across multinational clients.

You will lead a team of analysts, partner with clients and insurers, and shape the analytics roadmap to deliver actionable insights, dashboards and reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior-level professional with extensive experience in employee benefits, health/medical insurance, actuarial consulting, or risk financing.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for multinational HR, Finance and Risk stakeholders.
• Experience leading multi-country client engagements and delivering data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in analytics tooling and visualization for executive audiences.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration with virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to multinational clients on healthcare and risk benefit strategy.
• Interpret complex data to develop clear recommendations for global stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, workshops and presentations with a commercially focused approach.
• Define and execute the analytics roadmap for global benefits clients.
• Develop analytical models and benchmarks to identify cost drivers and savings.
• Translate analytics into executive-ready dashboards and reports.
