12+ years of experience in the insurance industry, including Singapore market.
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty and multinational programme management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven people leadership and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of local inbound and outbound multinational clients.
Lead a high-performing team and ensure quality client servicing outcomes.
Design, strategise, place, renew and manage insurance programmes across Property & Casualty lines.
Collaborate with overseas offices to service multinational clients and global programmes.
Mentor staff and drive growth, retention and governance across the team.
