Job summary

Aon is seeking an Associate Director for AGCN in Singapore. You will lead a portfolio of multinational clients, guide a high-performing team, and deliver optimal client management and servicing outcomes.

ACII or equivalent qualifications advantageous.
Minimum 12 years in insurance, with Singapore market experience.
Strong knowledge in Property & Casualty and multinational programmes.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and people management experience.
