Job summary

Aon plc, a leading global risk, retirement and health solutions firm, is seeking an Associate Director for AGCN in Singapore. You will lead a high-performing team, manage a multinational client portfolio, and drive client servicing excellence while shaping risk and insurance strategies across Property & Casualty and global programmes.

You'll collaborate across Aon United and global offices, design and implement global programmes, set service scope and fees, mentor staff, and deliver sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a related field; ACII or equivalent is a plus.
• Extensive experience in insurance, especially Singapore market, multinational clients.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client servicing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of local, inbound and outbound multinational clients.
• Lead a high-performing team delivering quality client management and servicing.
• Develop and implement risk and insurance solutions across P&C lines.
• Design, optimise and manage global insurance programmes for clients.
• Collaborate across Aon global network to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive business growth, client retention and governance excellence.
