Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• 1–3 years of administrative or sales support experience (fresh grads welcome).
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the BD team, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Act as first point of contact for distributor requests and provide updated product information, pricing sheets, and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate market research, prepare presentations and quarterly business review decks, and assist with partner events and webinars.
• Draft professional correspondence and coordinate cross-functional work with marketing, operations, regulatory, and finance teams.
