Job summary

CJ SE ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development support role in Singapore to identify and develop new opportunities across Food, Beauty, Entertainment and lifestyle sectors. You will conduct market research, assess opportunities, and coordinate with stakeholders to enable strategic partnerships.

The role requires researching regional markets, preparing reports, and maintaining leads with strong communication and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sourcing, strategic partnerships, market research, or a related field is preferred.
Strong research, analytical, and business evaluation skills.
Good understanding of business development, market entry strategies, and new business development.
Good understanding of Korean and Singapore market environments, consumer trends, and business culture.
Able to work independently with strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market and industry research to identify new business opportunities in Singapore, Korea, and the region
Source and assess potential business opportunities, partners, products, services, and strategic collaborations
Analyse potential opportunities based on market potential, commercial feasibility, and business fit
Prepare research findings, business reports, presentations, and market updates
Maintain and update business leads, market information, and project records
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business development projects and initiatives
