HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level Banking Operations Executive on a 6-month contract to support the Global Financial Markets Operations team in Singapore, assisting in processing and reconciling cash equities, vanilla options, and crypto ETFs.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency are required; VBA/Power Automate experience is a big plus. Collaboration within the GFMO team is essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome with strong VBA/Power Automate skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Basic understanding of financial markets or products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trade processing and reconciliation for Cash Equities, Vanilla Options, Funds, and Crypto ETFs.
• Data management: accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
• Assist in reporting trade activity, positions, and settlements.
• Maintain documentation of processes and transactions.
• Provide general GFMO team support; assist on corporate actions.
