RMA Contracts Pte. Ltd. is seeking a tech-savvy Operations Analyst to join our Global Markets Operations team in Singapore.

You will support daily operations, verify trade information, and help resolve exceptions in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Sales, Trading, Compliance, Middle Office and Settlements. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Banking or related fields, 0–1 year of experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Banking or related fields.
0–1 year of relevant experience; internship experience welcome.
Tech-savvy; comfortable learning new systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interest in financial markets and banking operations.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations and processing of financial market transactions.
Review and verify trade information to ensure accuracy.
Assist with resolving operational issues and exceptions.
Work closely with Sales, Trading, Compliance, Middle Office and Settlements teams.
Support risk management and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
Assist with reporting and operational projects.
