Job summary

You will execute trade capture, settlements, and lifecycle events, while coordinating with Trading, Technology, Risk and Compliance teams to maintain high service standards. The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel; SQL/VBA/Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Financial Markets Operations and financial market infrastructure.
• Ability to manage both BAU workload and project tasks concurrently with good prioritization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of automation tools (SQL, VBA, Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end processes including trade capture, validations, settlements, and lifecycle events.
• Perform daily reconciliations and investigate breaks with internal and external teams.
• Monitor trade flows to ensure completeness and timely processing across systems.
• Support collateral operations and regulatory reporting, escalate issues promptly.
• Participate in system enhancements, new product launches, and regulatory initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology teams to identify root causes and propose solutions.
