You will position DHL as a strategic partner, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver programs while reporting on revenue and activity to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/development and corporate consultative/solution-based sales in a service-related industry.
• Familiarity with International Express/Air Transportation/Aviation is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify, establish and manage multi-tier relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Drive sales improvement through regionally harmonized processes.
• Lead customer presentations and proposals.
• Plan and coordinate activities to retain and grow revenue.
• Develop and manage after-sales strategy for designated accounts.
• Support regional bidding or RFQ processes when required.
