Job summary

TikTok is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist for its Global Quality Operations team to design, develop, and maintain AI-based tools that enhance quality operations. You will leverage AI/ML, generative AI, and LangChain to automate workflows, improve decisions, and scale operations across global teams.

As the technical expert, you will lead tool development, ensure data quality and security, and collaborate with QA, operations, and engineering to deliver a reliable content moderation platform

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• Proven experience in software engineering and developing AI-based solutions (chatbot, workflow agents, automation).
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs (LangChain) for integration and outputs.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Project management / stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy robust AI/ML apps and generative AI tools.
• Maintain and upgrade AI tools for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with QA, ops, and engineering to identify bottlenecks and automate.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise systems and workflows.
• Ensure data privacy and security; manage data pipelines for training and inference.
• Provide technical leadership and training on new tools to non-technical stakeholders.
