Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Product Manager (AI Solutions) for Trust & Safety to own end-to-end product development in AI-enabled risk prevention, threat detection, and automated containment.

You'll translate complex risk workflows into scalable AI-powered capabilities, define success metrics, collaborate with ML/DS and engineering, and shape Human+AI collaboration models while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required; 3+ years of product management experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, intelligent automation, or AI-powered products; ability to translate AI capabilities into real-world solutions.
• Ability to own a complex product end-to-end, from problem definition to execution, launch, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development for high-impact AI problem spaces within Risk Prevention & Response.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product solutions and execution plans.
• Design AI-native workflows and Human + AI collaboration models with scalable architecture.
• Drive AI products from discovery to production launch, adoption, and iteration, with cross-functional partners.
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for AI capabilities and ensure safe, auditable outcomes.
