Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales enablement or RevOps in B2B tech.
• Strong grasp of sales processes, messaging, and training.
• Experience linking enablement to revenue metrics.
• Experience implementing programmes and analyzing outcomes.
• Proficient with Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding programmes
• Create and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and resources
• Manage and optimise sales tools and Salesforce
• Support sales leadership with strategic planning and execution
• Ensure consistent messaging across the sales team
• Monitor adoption of enablement initiatives and tools
• Track performance metrics, pipeline health, and identify improvements
• Build reports and dashboards and present findings
