Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic Enablement Lead to partner with management and field teams to implement quarterly training plans and a robust local calendar. You will drive AI-powered knowledge strategies, coordinate with SMEs, and ensure rapid deployment of tools to support sales initiatives and partner enablement.

You will lead and coach at multiple levels, leverage global assets, and measure impact with rigorous metrics, while managing several projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• Proven track record in technology training and enablement programs.
• Experience in a sales context is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage management to build quarterly enablement plans and a local training calendar.
• Identify gaps and deploy training tools with managers to accelerate deployment.
• Drive community and collaboration across the Enablement team.
• Plan and deliver 3rd party training and events within budget.
• Lead creation and delivery of enablement activities including Sales Kickoff.
• Coach at Manager and Director levels.
