Qualifications

• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with sales organizations to drive growth.
• Create go‑to‑market strategies and profitable commercial models.
• Build and implement data strategies for promotional planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to drive deals and delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional issue resolution and governance for operational excellence.
• Identify new markets and customer needs within the Deduction Management space.
• Translate vision into actionable plans and manage collateral for client meetings.
• Promote Genpact’s offerings and develop business case studies to show impact.
