Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Partner Development Executive in Singapore to drive strategic alliance growth and ecosystem expansion with global technology platforms. You will co-create market offerings, accelerate joint GTM success, and serve as the executive interface across sales, solutions, marketing and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the partnership strategy for key global technology alliances.
• Develop multi-year growth roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Identify co-innovation opportunities across cloud, AI, data, and enterprise platforms.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic alliance relationships.
• Drive joint pipeline creation and revenue growth with alliance partners.
• Co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives, industry solutions, and campaigns.
• Enable field teams with partner-aligned messaging and value propositions.
• Track and optimize alliance performance metrics (pipeline, bookings, certifications, partner tier status).
• Build trusted C-suite and regional leadership relationships within partner organizations.
• Lead executive governance forums and quarterly business reviews.
• Resolve escalations and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal capability aligned to partner priorities (certifications, specializations, designations).
• Drive co-investment models including funding programs and innovation initiatives.
• Identify white space opportunities across industry verticals and emerging technologies.
• Represent the organization at partner events, executive briefings, and industry forums.
• Position the company as a strategic and preferred alliance partner.
• Contribute to strategic planning for emerging ecosystem opportunities.
