Job summary

Univers Digital Finance is seeking an experienced Accounting COE Specialist to support accounting, reporting, audit, and compliance activities across Univers. You will partner with Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and local teams to drive accurate financial close and reliable reporting.

The role emphasizes strong technical accounting capabilities, IFRS knowledge, and continuous improvement of finance processes and systems, including Dynamics and OneStream, to enable transparent decision-making and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
6+ years of accounting/controllership experience in multinational company.
Strong IFRS knowledge and statutory reporting.
SOX readiness or public-company experience preferred.
Proficient in Dynamics, OneStream, Workiva and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Support accounting and financial reporting including income statement, balance sheet, intercompany, tax accounting.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate aged reconciling items.
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close, IFRS reporting and statutory schedules.
Assist external audit, tax, statutory reporting, and compliance activities.
Drive continuous improvement and automate finance processes using Dynamics and OneStream.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Maintain internal controls and assist with SOX readiness.
