ECOVACS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage the full accounting cycle, maintain ledgers, and process vendor payments for the Singapore operations.

The role demands accuracy, timely month-end closes, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and at least 3 years of accounting experience; SAP experience is advantageous, with a multicultural, adaptable mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• At least 3 years accounting experience; retail or Amazon exposure is a plus.
• Multicultural background is a plus; strong communication is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Quick learner with strong adaptability to a corporate environment.
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full accounting cycle and ledgers for the company.
• Prepares bank reconciliations, AR, AP and GL analysis.
• Records financial transactions and performs month-end close.
• Postings and maintenance of all journals and accounting records.
• Ensure accuracy and upkeep of all accounting records.
• Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
