Job summary

Univers is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional SME to own the Finance and Project Operations modules for global operations based in Singapore. You will be the go‑to expert for how Univers runs finance and project accounting in Dynamics 365 and how financial data flows into OneStream for group reporting, consolidation and management reporting.

The role requires strong Dynamics 365 experience; OneStream knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands‑on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics AX.
• Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Project Management and Accounting.
• Experience in multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments and country localisations.
• Good accounting knowledge and understanding of procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash and record‑to‑report processes.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics security roles, duties and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Operations.
• Maintain chart of accounts, financial dimensions, posting profiles, tax and VAT setup, and legal-entity configuration.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close, intercompany processing and group consolidation data delivery.
• Design and optimise integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance and OneStream, including mapping and data reconciliation.
• Design security roles and duties aligned with the Finance operating model and licence mapping.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test partner-delivered changes.
• Roll out Dynamics to new entities, including localisation, data migration, UAT and cut‑over.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Finance and Project Operations and coordinate with MSP or Microsoft.
