Univers seeks a Dynamics 365 Functional SME to own the Finance and Project Operations modules, integrating with OneStream for group reporting. You will be the go-to expert for configurations, data flows, and accounting processes.

The role requires strong Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Operations experience, multi-entity/multi-currency familiarity, and the ability to lead roll-outs, security design, and finance integrations with Kyriba, Concur, and OneStream.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics AX.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Project Management and Accounting.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments and country localisations.
• Good knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report processes.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics security roles, duties and licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

Overview

Univers is looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional SME to own the Finance and Project Operations modules. The role will be the go-to expert for how Univers runs finance and project accounting in Dynamics 365 and how financial data flows into OneStream for group reporting, consolidation and management reporting. Strong Dynamics 365 experience is the primary requirement; OneStream knowledge is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

Finance module

• Own the functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management and financial reporting.
• Maintain the chart of accounts, financial dimensions, posting profiles, tax and VAT setup and legal-entity configuration.
• Support month-end and year-end close, intercompany processing and the delivery of accurate finance data for group consolidation.
• Support and optimise integration and reporting processes between Dynamics 365 Finance and OneStream, including trial-balance mapping, chart-of-accounts alignment, financial dimensions and data reconciliation for group, management and statutory reporting.
• Support bank, treasury and expense integrations, including Kyriba and Concur.

Project Operations module

• Own the design and configuration of Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Project Management and Accounting, including project setup, contracts, budgets, costing, revenue recognition and billing.
• Configure project-cost capture from timesheets, purchase orders and expenses, and define cost rates and categories with Finance.
• Design processes for project-related procurement and allocation of bulk purchases to projects.
• Support project controllers and project managers with project P&L, work in progress and backlog reporting.

Roll-outs and change

• Act as functional lead for Dynamics roll-outs to new entities, including fit-gap workshops, localisation, configuration, data migration, UAT and cut-over.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and review and test partner-delivered changes.
• Work with Finance and the Accounting CoE to design and maintain the end-to-end reporting architecture between Dynamics 365, OneStream, Concur, Kyriba and related finance systems.
• Evaluate new Dynamics capabilities where they provide clear business value.

Support, security and licensing

• Provide L2 and L3 functional support for Finance and Project Operations and resolve issues with the managed services provider or Microsoft.
• Design security roles and duties aligned with the Finance operating model and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Map users to the appropriate Dynamics licence type to streamline licence counts and maintain compliance.
• Maintain process documentation, configuration records and training materials.

Skills & Qualification:

Required experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Five or more years of hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics AX
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Project Management and Accounting,
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments and country localisations.
• Good accounting knowledge and understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report processes.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics security roles, duties and licensing requirements.

Good to have

• Experience with OneStream financial consolidation, planning and reporting.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Finance-to-OneStream integrations, including trial-balance uploads, chart-of-accounts mapping, financial dimensions and group consolidation processes.
• Good understanding of financial consolidation, management reporting and planning processes within OneStream or a similar enterprise performance management platform.
• Experience supporting integrations with timesheet, HR, Concur, Kyriba and other finance systems.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification.
