Univers Digital Finance is seeking an Accounting CoE Specialist to support accounting, reporting, audit, and compliance activities across Univers.

You will partner with Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and local teams to drive close discipline, IFRS reporting, and internal controls, while enabling transformation projects using Dynamics and OneStream.

A strong technical accounting background and English communication are essential; CPA/ACCA preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Six+ years of accounting, controllership, or financial management experience in a multinational or large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience in full-cycle accounting, close processes, financial reporting, audit support, and internal control activities; SOX readiness or public-company experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Dynamics, OneStream, and Excel; familiarity with Workiva is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English with cross-country collaboration ability.

Responsabilidades

• Support accounting and financial reporting activities for Univers, including income statement and balance sheet areas, intercompany transactions, tax-related accounting, and general ledger activity.
• Balance sheet reconciliations: prepare and review reconciliations, investigate aged items, maintain documentation per policy.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close; prepare IFRS reporting deliverables and local statutory schedules.
• Prepare analyses and schedules for revenue, cost of revenue, operating expenses, and intercompany activity per policies and IFRS.
• Support external audit, tax, statutory reporting, and compliance activities with timely, accurate deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across finance processes and systems (Dynamics, OneStream); participate in system transformation projects.
• Assist in standardized accounting processes and templates across regions.
• Support short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity visibility; assist budgeting and management reporting.
