Job summary

Annexion Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a meticulous GL Accountant to manage the full general ledger function, ensuring accurate monthly closing, strong reconciliations, and compliant financial reporting across entities.

You will handle journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and support audits, with a focus on efficiency, controls, and timely delivery in a multi-entity environment. Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Navision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CA is an advantage, or progress towards one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepayments for monthly closings.
• Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Support year-end closing activities and audit documentation.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs; liaise with auditors.
