Job summary

GREMAX INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage full sets of accounts for local and overseas entities, including AP/AR, GL, and month-end close. You will prepare schedules, reconciliations, and monthly reports while monitoring intercompany balances and liaising with banks and tax agents.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple entities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred for overseas communication.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for Singapore and overseas companies.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Collect and organize operational and transaction data for accounting purposes.
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor intercompany transactions and balances.
• Liaise with overseas teams, external accountants, tax agents and banks.
• Support audit, tax and other statutory compliance matters.
• Assist with payment processing, cash flow monitoring and other finance-related matters.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
