Claudine Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a General Manager to lead the venue’s overall performance, guest experience, and staffing development. You will set and drive operating standards, align teams with the group’s mission, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance across the operation.

The role focuses on coaching the team, implementing training strategies with the Talent Team, and delivering commercial and non‑commercial goals through clear OKRs. A strong people-led approach is essential.

You'll be in charge of:

General Management

• Drive the overall operational and business performance
• Work with the General Managerto develop goals (commercial and non-commercial) for the venue with clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Lead the teams to achieve the OKRs set out for the venue
• Set and communicate clear operating standards
• Ensure that the teams execute based on these operating standards
• Ensures team alignment with the venue’s and group’s mission and values
• Ensure quality, operating, and hygiene standards are met
• Monitor venue adherence to all licensing laws regarding the service of food and beverage, public and employee safety while in compliance with local food safety standards

Talent & Financial Management

• Conceptualizing staff development plans according to the needs of the business
• Implementing training strategies for the venue with the support of the Talent Team
• Work with the Talent Team regarding employee movements and performance feedback
