Job summary

The Lo and Behold Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager for Claudine at Dempsey Hill to drive the venue's overall operations, guest experience, and financial performance.

You will lead a passionate team, set operating standards, and collaborate with the talent team to develop staff, while upholding the group’s values and ensuring compliance with safety and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large hospitality teams in a premium or fine-dining context.
• Ability to translate guest experience insights into operating standards.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall operational and business performance of the venue.
• Lead the venue to achieve OKRs in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Set and communicate clear operating standards and ensure their execution.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Develop staff through training and performance feedback in partnership with Talent Team.
