Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage staff schedules, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze sales and operational data to optimize performance and profitability.
- Work closely with the head chef and ownership/management team to implement service and menu improvements.
