Job summary

SINWEB MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Hostel Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across one or more hostel properties.

You will supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and government regulations while optimizing occupancy and revenue. You will manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and address resident feedback and emergencies with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of accommodation industry regulations and standards.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic property management systems.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and work with people from different backgrounds.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
