Job summary

HYUCO EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. invites an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of boutique apartments and clubhouses in Geylang, Singapore.

You will lead front office, housekeeping, maintenance and property services while driving service quality and guest satisfaction. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage budgets, cost control and revenue performance, support sales and marketing initiatives, and mentor a high-performing operations team to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Experience in boutique hotel or serviced apartment management preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and business management.
• Familiar with property management systems and mobile inspection tools.
• Good English communication skills; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage.
• Employee training experience is preferred.
• Background or experience in arts, humanities, heritage or historic properties is an advantage.

HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER – BOUTIQUE HOSPITALITY

Salary: S$7,000 – S$9,000/month
Location: Geylang
Off Days: 8 days/month (Weekday off)

Working Hours:
Monday – Sunday: 9:00am – 11:00pm
Working hours may vary depending on operational requirements.
