YAMAHA ROBOTICS SOLUTIONS ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a regional leader to oversee Southeast Asia and South Asia, driving profitable growth and program execution across the region.

The role focuses on strengthening the regional business foundation through account sales, distributor development, and solution-based opportunities in close collaboration with regional and corporate functions. The position emphasizes cross-country collaboration, development of distributors, and driving regional strategy

• Improve distributor network via training and joint sales activities.
• Collaborate with SIers and HQ to align products with regional needs.

Description du poste

Position Purpose:

Lead the business across Southeast Asia and South Asia, driving sustainable business growth, with the goal of achieving profitability within the next mid-term plan period.

Strengthen the regional business foundation through account sales, distributor development, solution business, and close collaboration with regional and corporate functions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Strategy & Performance Management

• Develop and execute regional business strategies and annual plans, with responsibility for achieving sales and profitability targets.


• Drive business growth initiatives and take necessary actions to address key business issues and risks.

2. Account & SIer Sales

• Drive key account development, opportunity creation, order acquisition, and business expansion.


• Increase Yamaha product adoption through both end-user engagement and direct sales activities with SIers.

3. Distributor Strategy & Capability Development

• Strengthen existing distributors and develop new distributors in priority markets.


• Increase distributor focus and commitment to Yamaha, while strengthening SIer engagement through training, joint sales activities, and project support.

4. Solution Business

• Develop and promote solution business based on customer processes and needs.


• Collaborate with SIers and leverage the SMT customer base and sales network to create new business opportunities.

5. Regional & Corporate Collaboration

• Strengthen cross-country collaboration among Company and local sales and service teams, sharing customer, project, and market information.


• Work closely with HQ and relevant functions to reflect regional needs in products and business initiatives and drive regional strategy execution.
