The role focuses on reaching out to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products, handle enquiries, and deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey. Responsibilities include driving sales, making outbound calls, cross-selling, converting leads, and maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (insurance preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and meet campaign KPIs
• Make outbound calls to promote insurance solutions confidently and professionally
• Cross-sell and up-sell where appropriate
• Convert company-provided leads into successful sales
• Maintain strong product knowledge of insurance offerings to provide accurate information
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality assurance standards
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly performance targets (calls, sales, and conversions)
