Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a General Insurance Executive (Client Servicing) for a Central Beach Road location in Singapore. The role is hybrid, with 1 day WFH per week after probation, and reports on servicing general insurance client accounts including marine cargo.

Salary is up to SGD 3,800 plus AWS, a variable bonus and annual leave. You will liaise with insurers, prepare quotations, renewals and policy documents, and keep clients updated.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with 1–2 years of experience; insurance background advantageous.
• Experience in quotations, policy servicing, renewals, claims or account servicing is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu to support Malaysia clients.
• No sales targets or commission-based duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service assigned client accounts for general insurance matters, including marine cargo insurance.
• Understand clients’ insurance requirements and communicate their needs clearly to insurance companies.
• Obtain and prepare insurance quotations for clients.
• Liaise and negotiate with general insurers on quotations, coverage and policy terms on behalf of clients.
• Follow up on quotations, renewals, policy documentation and other account servicing matters.
• Provide regular updates on the status and development of assigned cases.
• Assist clients with insurance claims matters and coordinate with insurers and relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure cases are followed up within required timelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm | 1 day WFH per week upon successful completion of probation
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + 1 Month AWS + Approximately 2 Months Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with at least 1–2 years of working experience; experience in insurance, insurance broking or general insurance will be advantageous.
• Exposure to insurance quotations, policy servicing, renewals, claims or account servicing will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu is required to support and liaise with Mandarin- and Malay-speaking clients in Malaysia.
• This is primarily a client servicing and account management role with no sales target or commission-based business development responsibilities.
