Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a General Insurance Account Servicing / Customer Service professional in Chinatown. The role is a 8-month maternity cover contract with 5 days per week and 1 day WFH.

You will manage client portfolios, handle policy servicing, renewals and inquiries, while building strong client relationships and coordinating with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth servicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the insurance industry.
• CGI or Health Insurance certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of general insurance clients.
• Provide responsive administrative and customer-service support for general insurance matters.
• Assist clients with policy servicing, renewals, documentation and general enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide appropriate insurance-related support.
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams on policy and servicing matters where required.
• Participate in discussions to improve internal processes and service delivery.
• Support general administrative and operational duties as required.

Education

Certificate of General Insurance (CGI) / Certification on Health Insurance

Location: Chinatown (About 8 minutes' walk from MRT)

Working Hours: 5 days, office hours - 1 day WFH per week

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$4,400 Monthly Basic Salary + 7 days annual leave

Duration: 8 months contract to cover maternity leave
