Job summary

MITSUI BUSSAN PANA HARRISON PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a full-time General Insurance Department - Broking Executive to service clients, manage renewal notices, and coordinate with underwriters.

You will support brokers with documentation, handle queries, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and assist the Head of Department with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma / A-Level / Degree required.
• At least 2 years in general insurance, handling general insurance classes.
• Must have General Insurance Certification (BCP/PGI/CGI).
• Certifications in HI, M5, M9/M9A are advantageous.

Job description

This is a full-time General Insurance Department - Broking Executive position based in the Central Region,.

What you'll be doing:

• Clients Servicing

• Manage and track renewal notices

• Ability to handle clients' queries and communication with underwriters in insurance companies

• Support Brokers in documentations

• Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /A-Level /Degree

• Preferably, a minimum of 2 years' working experience in the insurance industry, handling general insurance classes

• Must have full Certification in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI)

• Advantage for Candidate with Certification in Health Insurance (HI), Certificate Rules for Regulations for Financial Advisory Services (M5), Life Insurance and Investment-Link Policies (M9 and M9A)

• Must be IT savvy, Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, work independently and be resourceful.

• Attention to detail, ability to execute tasks in a timely manner and work well under pressure
