Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Insurance Broking Executive (General Insurance / Client Servicing) at Central – Beach Road, Singapore. Salary up to $3,800 + AWS + variable bonus + 14 days annual leave. Permanent role with 9am–6pm work hours and 1 day WFH per week after probation.

Role focuses on servicing client accounts, handling quotations, liaising with insurers, renewals and claims coordination. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu ability is required to support Malaysia clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Diploma with 1–2 years in insurance or related fields.
• Experience with quotations, policy servicing, renewals or claims is a plus.
• Client servicing role with no sales targets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service assigned client accounts for general insurance matters, including marine cargo insurance.
• Understand clients’ requirements and communicate needs clearly to insurers.
• Obtain and prepare quotations for clients and liaise with insurers on coverage and policy terms.
• Follow up on quotations, renewals, policy documentation and other account servicing matters.
• Provide regular updates on status and development of assigned cases.
• Assist clients with insurance claims matters and coordinate with insurers and relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
