Job summary

Innovecture in Singapore seeks an experienced AI Consultant to drive technical AI implementation and use-case building for enterprise workflows. You will map processes, identify opportunities, and translate validated workflows into hands-on exercises with realistic datasets and prompt sequences.

You will partner with business stakeholders to define success criteria, advocate AI adoption, and foster a culture of experimentation and practical AI value across regions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals and prompt engineering.
• Ability to decompose business problems and architect AI-enabled solutions.
• Understanding of data requirements and governance considerations.
• Experience mapping workflows and designing improved processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery through interviews, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Develop use cases and translate them into practice sessions with realistic datasets and prompts.
• Drive AI adoption with business and end-users through needs analysis and workshops.
